Transformation….What it Takes
Transformation (big and small) can take place in an instant. When all the stars are aligned and the soul, heart, mind, and body have been primed and are ready, something lands and boom – we are changed! You may have had an experience like that or are aware of some who have entered enlightenment that way.
However, resolving key or chronic life challenges usually requires regular, persistent practice. This is because to change our lives, we must change our soul, which (among other things) is a warehouse of information based on our entire soul journey and that of our ancestors. It holds a balance of positive and negative information in every aspect of life.
When you look at your life, you can see where you have positive and negative fields of information by noting where you have more pleasant and unpleasant experiences.

Challenges represent a request and opportunity to grow; to accept the situation as rightfully ours, knowing that everything is designed to heal and uplift the soul. The bigger the challenge, the greater the growth and upliftment being offered. We can tolerate our challenges, be overcome by them, or accept the invitation and dedicate ourselves to the cause.
Transformation requires that we change out our negative information for positive information, or that we accumulate positive information while releasing or transforming negative information. Negative information is disconnected, disorderly, and without harmony. It creates all types of challenge, pain, and suffering. Positive information is connected, orderly, and harmonious. It creates wellness, clarity, balance, and more.
Accumulating positive information in our soul increases our power to transform the negative information. Further, if we can increase the positive while reducing the negative, we are growing and uplifting.
Meditation and spiritual practices are an important component of transformation because they increase our positive field, giving us more balance and resources in our daily lives. (Meditation and practice in the Source Healing Field exponentially increase the positive information in our field!)
But equally important is how we respond to the opportunities that life offers us. To increase our positive information and transform our negative fields, we must learn, practice, and embody virtuous qualities, such as gratitude, love, forgiveness, and more.

This wisdom is so fundamental that it’s easy to overlook how critical it is to our healing and transformation. These are not just spiritual ideals; they are healing tools. No matter what kind of challenge you are dealing with, even something as apparently physical as knee pain, the underlying cause is a negative field of information in your soul and your knee.
The way that we transform that negative field is through the positive field of gratitude, love, and forgiveness.
And though everyone pretty much agrees that these qualities heal (and we may even think we’re pretty good at them), most of us are woefully ignorant of the extent of our shortcomings.
The depth and veracity of our gratitude, love, and forgiveness can only be determined when we are challenged. Transformation occurs when we level up and embody these qualities at the precise times in which we are inclined to move the farthest away from them.
It takes wisdom and inner strength to choose gratitude when facing an unpleasant challenge, to open our heart when it has emphatically closed, to practice forgiveness when we feel that that we were categorically wronged (or when we are not even cognizant of our need for forgiveness), or to send love and light to that with which we heavily disagree or cannot fathom its worthiness.

To be successful in these and other great and small acts is the very process of transformation. And it heals. It removes the blockages that prevent us from experiencing the health and wellness we seek, because every physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenge is rooted in our soul’s negative information, which we created in our interaction with all life – people, places, things, etc.
And transformation doesn’t happen because we agree on the value of these qualities and hope to acquire them. It happens because we are willing to do the work that consistently raises our consciousness, frequency, and vibration so that we have the awareness, ability, and willingness to embody them.
Wisdom, knowledge, good tools, and persistent coaching and support help us to increase our awareness, develop sincerity, and implement the strategies.
Take the very simple example of knee pain (it’s not as complex as many types of suffering). If you have serious knee pain, instead of frustration, grumpiness, or even tolerance, pause and give love to your knee. It’s working hard to carry the burdens of your soul. Try loving all the souls who are connected to this negative field (you don’t have to know more). Try asking for forgiveness, visualizing light, and giving as much love as you can.
My own recovery from lymphoma has been and is a journey of love and forgiveness. Of letting go. Of deep transformation. Soulful Living (wisdom and strategies) andSource Field Healing (practice and transmissions) have had a profound impact on the process.
Practicing regularly in a Source frequency field leads us to higher ground, deepening our embodiment of virtuous qualities and strengthening our resolve to create breakthroughs by implementing the wisdom.
If you are looking to deepen your insight and mastery over your own life experience, Soulful Living and Source Field Healing can accelerate your progress.
I welcome you.
